The OEA is committed to encouraging emerging professionals (riders and coaches) working in the industry to build the supports and knowledge and skills to keep our sport healthy in the future.
This includes finding ways to cooperate with Equestrian Canada’s High Performance (HP) Program that will encourage and support Ontario riders on the pathway to HP, which is consistent with our mandate to encourage the development of Eventing in Ontario at all levels including nurturing existing and prospective high-performance competitive talent.
