ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS (AMM) AND AWARDS LUNCHEON

• Registration opens at 10:30 am.

• Submit questions by October 28 to: president@ontarioeventing.ca.

• The AMM will be followed by a light lunch and the presentation of Ontario’s Year-End Awards for Eventing.**         If you are unable to attend in person you are welcometo join via ZOOM (details to follow).

• All members attending will be entered to win fabulous door prizes sponsored by the Bradley Mark Johnston Educational Foundation, and the first 100 members to register will receive some great OEA swag.

* Admission to the Royal Winter Fair is not included with the AMM (access to Room 107 is from the Galleria at the Enercare Centre).

** If you are a winner of a year-end divisional ribbon or another award and are unable to attend in person, please arrange for another OEA member (or a Director) to collect the award on your behalf. If you cannot make arrangements to collect your award you may contact us before January 30, 2027 at info@ontarioeventing.ca, and we’ll mail your ribbon for a $10 fee.
