COURTESY OF THE OEA ADULT AMATEUR RIDER FUNDRAISING

Join us in a three-part educational webinar series designed specifically for adult riders, focusing on strength, physical resilience, confidence, recovery and sustainability for eventers balancing work, family and riding demands, as they move through different stages of adult athletic life.

These webinars combine evidence-informed principles with practical frameworks that riders can apply independently.

About Katie Wood

As a lifetime equestrian, Katie has trained and competed several horses through the eventing levels and was Ontario Junior Champion in 2010 at the Training level. She spent many years training her parents’ Rocky Mountain Horses and helping prepare them for sale.
